Language and literacy learning is another of our key areas of focus.  We began our research and interventions in this area nearly two decades ago with our Programme for Assisted Learning (PAL) which was foucsed on primary and middle school children in government school, who were doing so poorly in their studies that they were at risk of dropping out of school.  The models we developed through this intervention have grown and our work has grown to gain international recognition.  Further information of our research and interventions are provided under the different tabs in this section.
